Mr. Molina began working for Office Equity Solutions in August of 2010. He has over 31 years of accounting experience, 28 of those years in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Office Equity Solutions, he worked for companies such as: CBRE, Stream Realty Partners, L. P., Transwestern Commercial Services, and ProLogis.

Daniel enjoys the great variety of duties that come with being the C.F.O. for Office Equity Solutions.

He and his wife have 2 children and are especially excited about their new granddaughter.
