Principals from JCL & Associates now own and operate Office Equity Solutions. Our primary business is medical office & retail development, development management and property management. We provide extensive Property management services for our own properties as well as numerous private owner entities.

Program Management and Property Management services performed by JCL included over One Billion dollars’ worth of Large Scale Projects working with many fortune 500 clients. These clients include BMW of North America, PepsiCo, Sony, Bear Stearns, The Ports of New York and New Jersey to name a few.
